    PREPARATION

    1. Slightly cook the onions in vegetable oil until transparent or blank.
    2. Add to taste the cider “Cuvée South Side” light and cider vinegar flavored with raspberries.
    3. Put 2 tablespoons (or more) of apple butter.

    Serve with meat.

     The cider “Cuvée Versant Sud”, raspberry cider vinegar and the apple butter are products of Cidrerie Verger Léo Boutin.
