PREPARATION
- Slightly cook the onions in vegetable oil until transparent or blank.
- Add to taste the cider “Cuvée South Side” light and cider vinegar flavored with raspberries.
- Put 2 tablespoons (or more) of apple butter.
Serve with meat.
