The technique called cryo-concentration, using natural cold to concentrate the sugars in apple juice before fermentation.
Produced from Cortland, Empire and McIntosh, this cider has a golden color, a noticeable nose delicate aroma of fresh apple. Can be served as an aperitif or digestif, with cheese, foie gras, chocolate or preparation of cocktail recipes.
